A doorman hired to work at Kitson during Paris Hilton's clothing line launch says a bodyguard for Steve-O punched him in the face during a shoot for the wackadoodle's reality show.
In a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Roland Cano says he was at his post at the front door of the trendy shop, when Steve-O and his 6'9", 375 lb. goon showed up with a crew filming the reality show "Dr. Steve-O." When Cano refused to let them in the event, he says Steve-O's bodyguard and former football player Reggie "Big Regg" Pace "without provocation, violently punched [Cano's] head repeatedly."
Then he says it got worse!

Josh Waring, the wayward and oft-troubled son of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Lauri Waring, was busted late Sunday night for possession of heroin and ecstasy and intent to sell.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Waring was hanging out in front of a Comfort Inn in Laguna Beach when he was approached by police cruiser and took off running.
When cops caught up with him, they say he was high as a kite. Cops executed a search warrant at the hotel, and allegedly found a large amount of drugs in his room.
He's currently cooling his heels in the Orange County jail, charged with two felony counts of possession and intent to sell both heroin and ecstasy, a misdemeanor count of unauthorized possession of a hypodermic needle and being under the influence of heroin -- also a misdemeanor.

It's Tila Tequila Saturday! If it wasn't bad enough that pro mechanical bull rider Sirbrina Guerrero was unable to rope a ride on, er, with Tila on this season's show, now she says she can't swap spit with her GF at a Mariners game either. Ichi -NO!
Guerrero told a local Sea-Town TV station she was at the M's game with her date recently and gave her a peck, when a mother sitting with her son complained to security. Guerrero says they were told to stop PDAing or leave the game!
Why the Mariners, who are a bottom dwelling 20-35, would want to kick any fans out of a game is beyond us.

Did season one winner Bobby Banhart, whose break-up with the reality whore made room for a second go round of the trashtastic show, spoil this season's winner?
Posts on Banhart's now defunct MySpace page indicate former Playboy model Kristy wins the bisexual love fest. Our sources tell us that's right on -- Kristy wins the whole shebang. Even though she refuses the offer.
Kristy claims to have the "assets" needed to win Tila. Indeed.

Danny Noriega is on a short list of people who won't be at next week's "A.I." finale. Also on that list, this guy.
According to a YouTube post (listen to our audio - the video is kinda wonky) put up by the pissy singer, not only was Danny not invited but he was told in an email that he could not attend because, "they were full!" Danny claims he had to call four different people before he was finally given the definitive kick to the curb.
FOX had no comment on the issue.

OMG! You are not going to believe this, but Lauren Conrad was actually snapped having a genuine reaction!
The miraculous event took place outside Crown Bar on Wednesday, when a photog fell over trying to take the "Hills" star's pic -- which caused an authentic gasp from Lauren.
Producers were immediately rushed to the scene, where LC was mic'd properly for a re-shoot.

To the surprise of no one, Tila Tequila's skanky "Shot at Love" season one makeout partner, Brandi Ryan, was arrested last night. Drinks to that!
OC Sheriffs popped the sapphic skeeze for felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Paging Dr. Drew!
Brandi, whose MySpace page lists her occupation as "loan processor," also had a warrant out for having a suspended license and was cited for having no insurance.
UPDATE: Ryan was a passenger in a car that was pulled over for having illegal tinted windows. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that when they searched the car, Brandi tried to hide a meth pipe -- in her crotch.

Denise, who is not pregnant, took a break from shooting her upcoming fauxality series in Maui on Wednesday.

Donald Trump might be thinking about taking a stab at bringing O.J. Simpson in for the next season of "Celebrity Apprentice," but NBC wants nothing to do with it. Can you blame 'em?
A source close to the Peacock tells TMZ that NBC has not -- and never was -- considering casting O.J. on the show.
Looks like instead of "You're fired!" the Juice will just have to settle for "You're guilty!"
