Prejean -- Family Doesn't Always Come First

Carrie Prejean will finally get to enjoy some alone time tonight ... TMZ has learned the "biblically correct" crusader for "opposite marriage" has been mysteriously removed from an ultra-conservative event in NJ.

Carrie was all set to speak at an event called "Defenders of the Family" ... but after word got out that she sinned with herself in a solo sex tape, Carrie has since been removed from the schedule.

A spokesman for the New Jersey Family Policy Council wouldn't say if they canceled or if Carrie did... but Prejean was still a go just yesterday.

Attempts to reach Carrie's reps were unsuccessful.

Prejean Sex Tape Triggers Settlement

Carrie Prejean Sex TapeCarrie Prejean demanded more than a million dollars during her settlement negotiations with Miss California USA Pageant officials -- that is, until the lawyer for the Pageant showed Carrie an XXX home video of her handiwork.

The video the lawyer showed Carrie is extremely graphic and has never been released publicly. We know that, because TMZ obtained the video months ago but decided not to post it because it was so racy. Let's just say, Carrie has a promising solo career.

We're told it took about 15 seconds for Carrie to jettison her demand and essentially walk away with nothing. As we first reported, the Pageant is paying around $100,000 to her lawyers and publicist -- a fraction of her bills. She pockets nothing in the settlement.

Prejean Settlement -- Like Kissing Your Sister

Carrie PrejeanCarrie Prejean nets a big fat zero in her settlement with the folks at Miss California USA, sources tell TMZ.

Carrie and the Pageant officials have settled their lawsuits against each other and the terms were confidential ... until now.

We've learned the Pageant will fork over around $100,000 for Carrie's lawyers and publicists connected with the public battle royale. That money goes directly to her flacks and not into her bank account. We're told Carrie personally gets zilch.

What Carrie walks away with: Her book comes out on Monday and we're told the Pageant won't fight her for writing it without its permission.

Prejean/Miss California USA Breast War Ends

Carrie Prejean and the people behind Miss California USA have dropped their lawsuits against each other -- meaning the "biblically correct" beauty queen doesn't need to reimburse the pageant for her boob job.

We just received the following statement from Miss Cali USA: "Carrie Prejean, Keith Lewis, and K2 productions have dropped their claim against each other and wish each other the best in their future endeavors."

"We are moving forward from the past and looking towards the crowning of two winners and the new look of the upcoming MISS CALIFORNIA USA pageant, telecast live on November 22nd
."

Prejean sued Miss California USA for religious discrimination and defamation back in August -- so the pageant folks filed a countersuit asking for their $5,200 back for paying for her breast implants.

It took a while, but it looks like Prejean and the pageant people were finally able to agree on something.

Pageant to Prejean: Give Us Breast Money Back

Carrie PrejeanOfficials from the Miss California pageant are sending a message to Carrie Prejean -- three can play that game!

The production company that runs the pageant is filing a cross complaint against Prejean, demanding, among other things, that Carrie return the $5,200 the pageant fronted her for her breast augmentation.

In other legal docs, Keith Lewis and crew are asking to strike a portion of Prejean's lawsuit -- the portion dealing with public disclosure of private facts.

The new docs say, "the alleged 'private facts' consist of her breast augmentation (which ceased being private during the swimsuit competition of the nationally-televised Miss USA pageant, in which Ms. Prejean walked the stage in a bikini)."

The cross complaint says, "Had [Carrie] heeded the guidance of the Gospel of John, who admonished only those who are without sin to cast stones in judgment, she might have avoided this legal battle ..."

As for the cross complaint, Lewis and the production company claim Prejean is a hypocrite, championing family values after posing for a variety of "semi-nude photos...[which] surfaced via TMZ.com."

Beauty Queen Takes It All Off

Miss Virginia 2008 Tara Wheeler pulled a Britney -- but instead of buzzing off her hair from a case of the crazies, she did it for a much better cause.

TMZ was there in Arlington, VA yesterday as Wheeler went all G.I. Jane in an effort to raise money for St. Baldrick's, an organization benefiting kids with cancer.

Check the before and after -- we think she actually pulls off the look.

Carrie Prejean Sues for Religious Discrimination

Carrie Prejean Sues for Religious DiscriminationCarrie Prejean is finally firing back at the people behind Miss California USA with a lawsuit -- claiming Shanna Moakler and other pageant officials forced her out because of her religious beliefs.

Prejean just filed the suit in L.A. County Superior Court, accusing Moakler and pageant honcho Keith Lewis of religious discrimination, defamation, public disclosure of private facts, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

Prejean was dethroned/fired from her post as Miss California USA back on June 10, nearly two months after she spoke out against gay marriage at the April 19th Miss USA competition.

Prejean claims the Miss Cali people "conspired to get rid of her" beginning on April 21st -- when she said on the "Today" show that she would rather be "biblically correct than politically correct."

Reps for Miss California USA have previously explained that Carrie was fired for missing appearances she was supposed to make for the organization and for not getting clearance to do extracurricular activities.

Donald Trump -- who owns the Miss Universe Organization -- is NOT named in the suit.

But in her suit, Carrie says the Miss Cali USA people "fabricated a fraudulent list of some 50 public appearances allegedly missed by Prejean which they released to the media in order to justify her termination as Miss California USA."

In the suit, Carrie claims officials also tried to "set up Prejean to have her dismissed as Miss California USA by asking her to do a Playboy photo shoot for $120,000."

UPDATE: A rep for Moakler tells TMZ: "Ms. Moakler has not yet been served with Carrie Prejean's lawsuit. However, on Ms. Moakler's behalf, I can say unequivocally that Ms. Prejean's lawsuit is without merit. More importantly, as everyone who watched or read her public statements is well aware, Ms. Prejean's unfortunate and bigoted statements are responsible for any public humiliation or damages to her reputation that she has claimed to have suffered. Ms. Moakler strenuously denies that she did anything wrong and looks forward to proving that in a court of law."

Heidi Montag's amazingly awful performance at the Miss Universe pageant was lip synced harder than a Britney Spears concert -- but according to her and Spencer, it was "live as live can be."

Miss Australia -- Thar She Blows ... a Condom

This isn't just an awesome clip of one of the hottest women on the planet blowing up a condom with her mouth -- this is part of an Olympic event.

Miss Australia

Several Miss Universe contestants participated in the Condom Olympics on Friday in the Bahamas, which was set up by YouthAIDS to raise awareness about HIV infection ... and we're pretty sure it worked.

Miss Australia Rachael Finch
is the one credited with blowing up the condom ... but you gotta watch the video to see if she had the lung strength to pop it.

Heidi Montag -- Miss Universe? Hardly!

Heidi MontagHeidi Montag is scheduled to perform at tonight's Miss Universe pageant in the Bahamas, but pageant production staffers are taking bets as to whether or not it will actually go down -- because she's just that bad!

Sources tells us pageant peeps are concerned that Heidi just can't pull it off. We're told "she's lip-syncing and can't remember the lyrics" (to her own song!!!), "looks like a trainwreck," and "she can't dance."

But she's got Jesus on her side, so we're sure it will turn out just fine.

UPDATE: From the mouth of Spencer -- "The allegations by certain production staffers saying that Heidi is not going to perform are 100% false. She will perform live tonight and she is an exceptional dancer."

UPDATE 2: A source at NBC, which is airing the pageant, says Heidi isn't as bad as producers were secretly hoping she'd be. We shall see ...
