Anna Nicole Smith was so whacked out of her mind in 2006 that she mistook the baby growing in her womb for a case of bad gas -- and it's all on a tape that was entered as evidence in court on Friday.
The video was shot by Howard K. Stern at a little girl's birthday party. Snippets of the video were released two years ago, but now the entire 50-minute tape is being used in the drug case against Stern and Anna's former doctors.
In this particular clip, Smith can't seem to comprehend the fact that she's pregnant -- consistently denying there's a baby in her belly ... despite the fact she's showing.
It just gets weirder from there -- check it out for yourself. Then sadly, at the end of the clip, the little girl looks straight into the camera and says, "She's having brain trouble."

The preliminary hearing in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case is over -- and a judge decided there was enough evidence for the three defendants to stand trial.
Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and their impressive 23 total felonies are due back in court on December 11.

Howard K. Stern and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich forced Anna Nicole Smith to take drugs that would knock her out for days ... this according to testimony today in the Anna Nicole case.
Department of Justice Investigator Danny Santiago claims Anna Nicole's former nanny, Nadine Alexie, told him she witnessed Stern and Dr. Eroshevich forcing drugs on Anna Nicole.
Santiago said the nanny claims Anna Nicole would wake up from the drug-induced slumber with feces and vomit in her bed.
We got Erosevich and her lawyer outside court -- where they called the nanny's stories "wild exaggerations."

Larry Birkhead has settled his $620,492.84 billing dispute with attorney Debra Opri.
You'll recall -- how can you forget -- that Opri billed Birkhead for repping him in his battle with Anna Nicole Smith back in 2007. Birkhead fired Opri, then got a Fed Ex present -- a bill that included $2,467.75 for a dinner that Birkhead didn't even attend. And there was $600 for 4 trays of lobster from Seafood World.
Birkhead sued Opri and she countersued him. TMZ has obtained legal docs which show the case has been dismissed with prejudice -- i.e., it settled.
The settlement is for an undisclosed amount.

A private journal belonging to one of the doctors accused of supplying Anna Nicole Smith with drugs was read in open court today -- and it's filled with what appears to be admissions of drug use and a make-out session with his most famous patient.
Dr. Sandeep Kapoor's journal -- which he was forced to turn over in the Anna Nicole investigation -- contains an entry from June 13, 2005 which reads, "I was making out with Anna, my patient, blurring the lines ... I gave her methadone, Valium. Can she ruin me?"
The date of the entry corresponds with an L.A. gay pride parade which Kapoor attended with Anna.
Another entry in the journal, from November 2002, reads, "
"I also need to get off the drugs. The Buspar, Wellbutrin have to go. But first the Ambien has got to go. Oh God, it's so addicting. I have to get off that (expletive)."

A state medical board investigator claims one of Anna Nicole Smith's former doctors -- who's currently charged with illegally giving prescription drugs to Anna -- has also been hiding some of her key medical records.
According to the testimony, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor kept a hidden stash of important medical records pertaining to Anna Nicole at his lawyer's office and at his home. The judge says this could be interpreted as "guilty knowledge" -- or the intention to commit a prohibited act.
Dr. Kapoor has already pled not guilty to illegally supplying Anna Nicole with prescription drugs.

The IRS takes no prisoners -- and even though Anna Nicole Smith's been dead for over two and a half years, they're still coming after her estate for a hefty chunk of change.
Records obtained by TMZ show the Internal Revenue Service filed a $125,112.86 federal tax lien against the Vickie Lynn Marshall Estate in Los Angeles County earlier this month.
The tax assessment took place in December 2008 -- Anna died in February 2007.

Larry Birkhead was asked today whether the prosecutor in the case tried to unfairly influence him.
During cross examination, Ellyn Garafalo, the lawyer for Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, asked Birkhead if Deputy DA Sarah Slice cornered him in the hallway last Friday and accused him of taking Howard K. Stern's side when he testified. Birkhead acknowledged the conversation and felt chastised.
Birkhead testified Slice suggested something was developmentally wrong with Dannielynn because of Anna Nicole Smith's drug use.
Outside court, Birkhead said Dannielynn was not only fine, some doctors have told him she's advanced for her age.
And there's this ... Birkhead testified he's raked in around $2 million from media outlets.
The best part -- the prosecutor was asking about reality shows, and the judge jumped in .... "I don't care about that unless it has to do with a balloon or something."

Larry Birkhead is on the stand in the preliminary hearing involving Anna Nicole Smith and the defendants who allegedly fueled her drug habit.
Birkhead just testified between August 2004 and May 2006, he saw Anna take the following drugs regularly: Topamax, Lasix, Klonopin, Valium, Xanax, Potassium and Methadone.
He has not talked about whether Howard K. Stern or the two other defendants -- Sandeep Kapoor and Kristine Eroshevich -- helped facilitate Anna's drug use, but he did identify Dr. Kapoor as Smith's regular physician at the time.
UPDATE 3:20 PM ET -- Birkhead testified he saw Anna's prescription bottles with several different names on them: Anna Nicole Smith, Michelle Chase, Vicki Marshall and Jane Brown. Larry also said the whole time he knew Anna he was concerned that she would take her meds inappropriately.
UPDATE 5:50 PM ET -- Birkhead testified he never saw anyone force Anna to take medication. He said he saw Anna with a duffel bag full of meds. Birkhead said he saw Stern give the bag to Anna Nicole, but didn't see him administer any drugs.

Howard K. Stern's lawyer said just because Anna Nicole Smith's former bodyguard testified Howard liquefied Valium and injected it into Anna does not make it true.
Steve Sadow said when he cross-examines "Big Moe" tomorrow, there will be plenty of reasons for "serious doubt."

"Big Moe" -- Anna Nicole Smith's bodyguard -- just testified in the prelim that he saw Howard K. Stern liquefying a powerful drug in Anna Nicole Smith's bathroom.
Moe says he walked into Anna's bathroom in the Bahamas in October, 2006. Moe testified he asked Howard what he was doing, and Howard responded that he had just had a conversation with Anna and they decided cooking the Valium and then injecting it in her would work faster than taking a pill.
Moe says he then watched Howard load the syringe with liquid Valium but left before Stern allegedly injected her.

One of Anna Nicole Smith's bodyguards -- the one who tried reviving her the day she died -- told the judge in the preliminary hearing Anna was high on Ecstasy just before her bizarre appearance on the 2004 AMA awards.
"Big Moe" was referring to the video that was played in court yesterday. Howard K. Stern's lawyer tried explaining yesterday Anna actually had been suffering from seizures and that when she looked drunk and whacked out she was really reacting to anti-seizure meds.
But "Big Moe" testified at least on this occasion it was Ecstasy and Cristal that made her loopy.
