Ashley Tisdale Cuts Off Nose, Face Not Spited

Is it possible to look more natural after plastic surgery? "High School Musical" star Ashley Tisdale, 22, just got a nose job -- and her newly shaped schnozz made its first appearance yesterday at Madison Square Garden.

Tisdale claims she got the plastic surgery to fix a deviated septum -- the same ~~excuse~~ reason expressed by Jennifer Aniston and Cameron Diaz for their rhinoplasty. Something smells fishy!

Ashley still looks great -- Eskimo kisses for everyone!

16. Oh, gawd. I liked her better before. Now everyone has to look up and into her nostrils. Better keep her nose clean. To all plastic surgeons: there's a REASON noses are created with the nostrils underneath and unexposed. WHY do you continue to DO this to poor, unsuspecting people? Now she can catch raindrops and thrilll everyone with her damp, shiny inner nose cleavage.

17. How sad is this? The only "after" photo that actually looks BETTER is Ashlee Simpson. Everyone else looks like the bride of Chucky.

23. It looks like her nostrils are pinched together, like she has a booger. She should have kept her old nose. It had character.

25. Not good for business! I think she just killed her career. Now nobody will recognize her. She had a memorable face & look BEFORE. Now she looks like anybody. Remember Jennifer Grey (Dirty Dancing).....I rest my case!

29. She looks terrible. You could spot that fake schnozz at sixty paces. Her nose used to be unique, not beautiful, but a hell of a lot better than this one. It looks like one of those bad nose jobs soap stars had back in the seventies.
