Its when you are backed into a parking spot. FOOL.
Go and have your licenses checked the scarey part is YOU are on our roads....

52. Julia Roberts makes me sick. She may have starred in Pretty Woman, but she is far from being pretty. Her actions don't help her physical appearance either--taking a man from his wife, and now so selfish as to take a handicap person's parking spot. Also, If she were truly a "pretty woman," she could have gotten her own man and not be so desperate to break up a home to get one.

Normally I don't comment on someone's physical features, because we can't help what we are born with; however, I am this time. Julia has a very ugly nose (turned up like Pinnochio); she has pretty teeth, but they look like a grill on the front of a Mack truck inside that huge mouth. She's built like a toothpick---more like a 5th grade boy.

Again, as for the handicap parking spot, someone needs to turn this picture into the local authorities where she lives. She truly needs to be fined for this. I don't care who it is, George W. Bush or whomever, if they're not handicap, they don't need to be in handicap parking.

Julia Roberts: Get over yourself--you're a has been with obviously a huge ego, but, again, it sure isn't because you're a "pretty woman."

56. The whole deal of who qualifies for handicapped parking needs to be reviewed. As I was walking across the parking lot to get to a big-box store, I had to hustle to get to the sidewalk in front of it because of a quickly approaching car. I was a bit miffed at the driver, certainly, but I got to the sidewalk and headed toward the entrance--while watching the dude park his car in a handicapped space and beat me to the door. Of all the people you don't expect to nearly run you over...
