If someone uses an umbrella to try and walk out of a restaurant to get the paps out of their way, the paparazzi should be smart enough to move instead of whining about it as if they (the paparazzi) were being mistreated. What restaurant Lindsay Lohan wants to go to is her business. I've said it before - most celebrities are too nice with the paps. If someone gets in your way and refuse to move - you should shove them back hard enough that their arses hit the pavement for a good few minutes at least.

33. Yes, the Paps seem to be increasingly intrusive and likely should be keeping a reasonable physical distance from the Elite, but an obvious solution to those who "want their privacy" might be considered:

The vast majority of people don't earn $1,000,000.00 + for a few weeks work. If you want privacy and anonymity, abandon show business, go work a "normal job", get rid of your assistants, and you'll be delighted with how quickly nobody will give a damn who you are.

Also, there are numerous highly paid entertainment personalities who don't spend most of their free time at the hot-spot clubs. You're in the spotlight because you WANT TO BE.

35. "Stop whining." Lindsay wasn't whining, she was trying to get out a restaurant. "Whining" would be by the paps if a celebrity should ever call the police and file charges against them for stalking or harassment....which are against the law. Or if a celebrity should ever kick one of the them in the groin and the paparazzi actually complained about it....now that, would be whining. Or perhaps if celebrities along with others petitioned for laws that required that for every picture taken of them by "paps" or "fans" that ended up being sold or used by a website that generated money, that that celebrity would be entitled to a percentage of the money. And if the photographer complained about it, i would call that whining.

But as far as celebrities telling the paparazzi or anyone else to back off....they have every right to do so. And contrary to arguments that the paparazzi are helping most celebrities by taking their pictures, it is the paparazzi who are benefiting from it...not nec. the celebrity. Many pictures and videos of celebrities are often used to ridicule the person. A good ex. is Britiney Spears. She has brought in a lot of revenue in the last year alone for the paparazzi and their employers....and much of the coverage doesn't seem to be helping her career...in fact, it may be hurting it. But the paparazzi still make their money off it either way.

And if I earned $1,000,000.00 or more, regardless how long it took me to earn it, I'd go anywhere I wanted whether it was considered a "hot-sot club" or not. Simply because I wanted to. And if I were a celebrity, I would be aware that wherever I go...even in a boring supermarket...as TMZ has shown us with their photos, I'd except the paparazzi to be around somewhere taking pictures.

And I probably wouldn't be so angry by it as long, as you mentioned, that they kept a reasonable physical distance. And if I didn't feel like having my picture taken no matter where I was - I wouldn't mind blocking their cameras....or taking other actions against them. I hope Lindsay Lohan starts taking even more direct action against the paps if they deserve it.

42. Looks like her attitude about being 'I am a celebrity and can do anything I want' hasn't changed. Why not go to a less public place for a reunion with a friend? I guess, like Britney she would miss out on the publicity and the paparazzi photos.

Honestly, the paps do need to back up and give people some personal space.

I just starting reading TMZ about a month ago and now I realize that it is crazy on here. These people go to work just like everyone else and when you do your job you just want to go home and enjoy. Lindsay Lohan went out to lunch...SO!!! I guess that's a news flash!!
