32. You know what is funny? Even black people joke around to another black person and sometimes say, "hey Ni*ger" and no offense was intended. Let some profile person say it and BAM they go for the juglar.

FOR THE LOVE OF.....GET OVER IT.

33. Honestly just because he is famous, can't he have a private conversation? It is not like they were filming when the comment was made. Everyone is entitled to their opinon PC or not. As long as he does not air his vuews to the world on his show who giveas a rip about what he says otherwise. Can't he have a conversation and say something off color like any normal person? Granted, they are not words I would have chosen, but personal choice. Cut him some shack. Geeze!!

34.

Thank U, A & E
Because after I heard these things on TMZ I was skipping your channel until his butt was pulled of the air. At least Don Imus made his racists remarks on air, Dog hides behind the camera and turns into a different person. I wish he would have said he hated blacks when he begged for people to sign his petition to keep him out of jail. He was real humble when he was facing time in jail, now everything is good again, and blacks are less than him and his family. I hope his son marries his black girlfriend and has 20 kids.

35. I am so mad that A&E would even give weight to this F...en National E. all they do is suck the life out of people and hurt people...this was a prive phone call and I hope they said they where taping it cause if they did not it is a Fedral crime!!! through the book at the person that taped it

36. The voicemail in effect says

"I dont want to lose my business because you're dating someone that I BELIEVE is being worth less but am afraid to say so in public". Every word he associates with this lady is negative - either directly or by assocation. Its very much along the lines of " Of course I'm not racist but I'd never stand for you dating a N***** in public".

If you look at the overall connotation of what he is saying its HORRIBLE. This has as much place in public life as Reverned Fred Phelps.

The son must be truly ashamed of his father. I wonder how the voicemail got out....

37. GOOD A&E. That is the right thing to do. You have a classy network and trash like Dog needs to be put in the dumpster.

38. Now you all know if he used the F****** word the gays would go nuts and he would be off the air as well. Look what the gays did to Isiah Washington. Play fair, white people. You can no longer have it both ways like you did in the 1800s. Say the N-word, you hang yourself. Right Dog?

39. Thanks A+E.
Showing character.
Now when is Intervention on?

40. In response to #4 It is offensive when a white person or a black person uses the N-word because it is a mean, ugly word, that was given to us by white slave masters. The reason it "stings" a little bit more coming from a white person is because white folks created that vile word and to hear them say it to a black person, or about a black person just doesn't sit too well. I agree that the word should not be used by both black and white because the word did not orginate from a good place and it promotes ignorance.
