76. Tis her business to smoke or not smoke. Some of the postings earlier today
(around 10-10:45 a.m.) made it their business to blast the lady for having a smoke.
Using the internet to be sarcastic idiots. Sure we all know smoking can lead to
seroius health issues but stick to that instead of being cruel, insentitive busybodies.
Your vice of being nasty is far worse than her smoking. Get lives will you!

As for my thoughts: That girl looked drop dead gorgeous on Emmy night. Natural
beauty is so rare and boy she has it all! You go Katherine........

77. Catherine is like all blondes, most of them smoke, so it's not new. As far as Heigl romancing George, now that the public knows George is homosexual, their on screen romance is really phony. I go for a beer when their romance is on.

As far as Heigl romancing George on the show, it's not interesting now that George has come out of the closet, I go for a beer when they romance. Sorry that Isaah is gone.

I know her parents are, and she was raised as a mormon (LDS), which would make smoking a big no no - as well as drinking, or just about anything else not of 'purity'.

Did she leave the mormon church she was raised in? Anyone know anything about her religious beliefs?

I have to laugh at all the folks slinging nasty remarks about her smoking - is it that this has become the 'politically correct' prejudice - something others can feel ok about looking down their noses at others for? Too funny, and sad. Sad for those folks that are so insecure that they feel the must judge others based on something, anything. Those folks may want to look for ways to improve their opinions of themselves, rather than trying to validate themselves by criticizing others.

85. I can't believe I am saying this about the almost always liberal minded Hollywood types. She smokes, big deal. Is is bad? Yes. Will she get cancer? Mabe. If she were to kiss you (which I doubt), would she taste like an ashtray? Most probably. Is it her right to smoke? Most certainly is. Does she have to accept the consequences of her actions? You reap what you sow. How does it concern you? If you don't like it, turn the channel.

87. For heavens sake she is an actress (and a good one) not a Dr. When I had to go to rehab after being diagnosed with COPD I had to walk around the hospital personnel who were on their smoke break in order to get up the ramp to rehab. Unless you have been a smoker, get off your soap box.

88. Please...I think she's old enough to smoke, it is a legal thing to do, over the age of 18 and it is a free country!! (At least I thought so). She has a right to light up and OMG even drink if she likes!!! If you don't like what her habits are...maybe you should ask her what she thinks of your habits!!
