Everyone is outraged as though she is sitting outside a day care center smoking crack with the kids. Some people just have nothing better to do with their time. FOCUS ON SOMETHING OTHER THEN THESE ACTORS AND ACTRESSES. And for all of you who say you no longer watch Grey's because of her, you are one in how many that continue to watch it - their ratings are not affected by your ignorance.

62. Okay I hate smoking with a passion. But people are going to do it. Who cares if she smokes. And if I had a kid I would rather see an actress/actor not smoke but I would rather have them smoke over seeing the train wrecks Lindsay Lohan or Britney Spears. If she wanted to hide smoking she would be doing it in places she isn't suppose to. It's kind of hard to shake the paparazzi.

64. Katherine Heigl is a talented, beautiful, funny young woman, and she has never hidden the fact that she smokes (read her interviews--duh!). We all have our failings, and I'm sure she's aware that smoking is bad for your health. Leave her be, and just enjoy her performances on television and in film. Shame on you, TMZ.com--as if she were a hypocrite. (Oh, and doctors don't smoke in real lfe?)

72. I agree that smoking is a disgusting habit, but almost everyone in Hollywood smokes. I think the bigger story here is that she was polite enough to sign a bunch of autographs and the photographer's arm. There are so many rude stars these days and she was SO polite! Get over it and stop caring about other people's bad habits.
