38. I think Disney should trow her out, for the sake of the kids. My niece and cousin loved high school musical. My cousin is twelve years old and she found out about this; she was not happy...she was grossed out and said that if Vannessa comes out in high school musical 3 she will NOT watch it. It's sad that Disney will keep her because of the money! That is not right.

39. To whoever said she should sue because the picture made it on to the web, from what I heard, she is the one who posted the picture on the internet in like a blog or something in the first place.

She probbly did this just so that she could end her contract with Disney. Who wouldn't, think about it, her doing posting this picture gives plenty of people the chance to offer her the kinds of options like Playboy or GGW. I am not saying that what she is doing is the right thing, but she is young and beautiful, and probaby wants other choices, I am sure her being tied down to the Disney contract becaue of the"HSM" success stops her from doing movies and things that are geared to the older crowd and not just the pre-teen and younger world. Besides, she IS considered an adult now, she is free to do as she pleases.

and now for my comments on this topic. i think joe francis is sick and twisted and needs to realize that just because a girl took a picture naked does not mean that she wants to be the next spokesgirl for drunken college freshmen who like to flash the cameras. as far as hudgens taking the pictures in the first place, she's 18, she took the picture to send to someone in private, and they were leaked to the public. it was an unfortunate situation, but i don't think she's a bad person because of it. it's not like she was underage and sending nude photos of herself everywhere or going out to bars and getting hammered then busted for cocaine in the bathrooms and sent to rehab. she's an adult...i'm sure she's not the only person to take nude pics of herself and send them to someone she's dating. get over it, move on, and let her live her life as an adult!

42. Those of you that are condemning this girl for something she did in private with someone she thought she could trust are pathetic. How does one nude photo make her a whore? Also, those of you that are concerned that your children will see the photo and you will need to explain it, might I suggest learning how to use your parental control settings? If my six year old comes across a nude photo of anyone that is my fault, not the person in the photo. Grow up and take responsibility for your own actions or lack there of... Vanessa did the responsible thing, she owned up to being in the photo and did not deny it or try to cover it up. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones, and I'll bet most of you are sitting in a pile of broken glass right about now!

45. I can't believe that Vanessa would do something like this. It doesn't matter if she didn't intend to post them on the internet, They were taken. Some little girl may have been looking for pictures of her Favorite Actress, and look what she found. It is insane that there can't be any descent role models. Althoughn Ashley Tisdale is a pretty good role model.
