Grace's Double Whammy -- Preggers AND Married!

For someone whose job is getting the truth out of people, Nancy Grace sure managed to keep two huge announcements quiet for a long time!


The CNN anchor, 48, says she was secretly married back in April, and is now three-months pregnant -- with twins. Grace told the NY Post 's Michael Starr that she originally had no plans to marry, but that she and David Linch, a banker from Atlanta, got hitched after a "spur-of-the-moment decision." Seems like "sperm of the moment" to us!

As for the pending infants, Grace says that she's due in January, but tells the Post that she had thought "'mother' and 'wife' was just not part of God's plan for me." Grace plans to officially announce all the good news on her CNN show tonight.

77. I had been looking at her and thinking that her face was much fuller. This news was the very last thing that I thought of. I do wish her and the babies well, I hope that she will mellow out and all goes well.

i'm sure invitrofertilization procedure took some time to undergo, see if it "took" and she was actually pregnant; needed a donor - who's probably the man she's been friends with since college and who she married....so none of this was "spur of the moment" except the (romantic) decision to get married...perhaps they weren't planning on that part; perhaps he wasn't the "donor" after all but when the procedure worked for her, he decided to man-up and be-there for her, being in her life anyway...

as my acupuncturist, a specialist in treating pregnant women, told me (after her 2nd pregnancy in her 30s) : no woman beyond age 35 gets pregnant "by herself" anymore...it's almost always ivf.

that part is Nancy's private business, which she's hinting at in her "press release"...maybe she'll discuss it in her show Tues night.

More power to you, Nancy & hubby...have a safe pregnancy & delivery...Congrats!

80. #21 (Gel) - I think her comments regarding she did not think that marriage and kids would happen for her has to do with the fact that she lost her fiancee to violence while she was in college. I don't think her comment(s) were meant as hypocritical, just after a life-changing loss, she may have doubted that love would come around a second time. Good for her!

85. AS to the comments on the size of her belly.........it is obvious to me that not many have been pregnant with twins or known anyone that has been pregnant with twins...get a clue...with two babies, growth rate is double..

I am not a fan, but am drawn to watch the show as she does do a good job of getting people upset with her coverage even if we don't agree with her and her methods. She is after all in the entertainment business... Some times her offensive questions and comments do bring out things that would not be there otherwise. Wake up people..her program is for entertainment of the watch ing public and ratings...and that means money for her and her network.

87. #59-who in the hell are you to decide when someone should stop having children? Women are having babies well into their fifties nowadays. Are sure with age comes wisdom, far more than a 20 yr. old! Grow up!

Oh, and one last thing since my first posting didn't post; Let's just hope, GOD forbid, if anything were ever to happen to one of these children, and she was to be interviewed by a journalist, that the person would go a hell of a lot easier on her. We wouldn't want her committing suicide or anything!!!!!!
