63. Her 2nd DUI and she ADMITTED to smoking pot and taking vicodin. Throw the book at her. If she's actually pregnant, IMNSHO she's even more of a skanky lowlife than I thought. To actually use another life to try to keep yourself out of jail is about as low as you can go.

66. She should go to jail, just like Paris Hilton. I'm sick of these famous rich rids getting away with breaking the law. They set a bad precedent for our children. It's hard to teach your children what's right and wrong when they see some rich kid driving the wrong way on the freeway and then laughing about it the next day on TV.

69. Since when did being pregnant serve as a reason to keep a woman out of jail? (If she is pregnant, that is.) I know of pregnant women who delivered their kid while serving time; from the joint, to the hospital, and back to the joint again, while someone on the outside kept the baby.

71. Whoa you guys!! You probably don't know all the facts. Was her confession legally obtained and/or will it be submissable in court? Was she given a field sobriety test and how did she perform? (have you seen the tape?) Was she given an urinalysis and how much of the drugs did she have in her system? In California, does a person have to have a certain amount of the drugs to be considered DUI? Were all of the arrest procedures followed properly? DUI trials are hard to win and very complex, and I doubt her attorney would take it to trail unless he thought there was a very good chance of prevailing.

72. Richie belongs in jail just as Paris does. She has a prior, she hasn't learned her lesson. This time she was on drugs, so she shouldn't have been driving to begin with....AND the idiot was driving the wrong way on a highway! She could have gotten someone killed...oh, but she wants to try to squirm out of it. I hope she gets thrown in the slammer too! People have to start paying for this idiotic irresponsible behavior....ANYONE who behaves like this should pay for it.

73. Uh, DUI is not just alcohol related. Vicodin and pot is also "under the influence". She was in the posession of heroin when she got her first DUI. Thank God it was late at night when she got the second DUI. Driving on a Los Angeles freeway the wrong way could cause many deaths. She needs to do time, pregnant or not. There are many pregnant women is prison.
