Birkhead To Opri -- B**ch, Don't Spend My Money

TMZ has obtained Larry Birkhead's new legal attack on Debra Opri. This time, he's asking for an injunction, prohibiting his fired lawyer from spending around $600,000 she's holding hostage in her client trust account.

Birkhead made the money after inking a million-dollar deal with Bravo network. Birkhead has sued Opri, alleging she put the money in her trust account without his consent, and then sent him a ginormous bill.

In an interesting turn, the lawyer for IMG, the agency that represents Opri, turned on her. Regan McGorry writes in a declaration that "Debra directed IMG, and in a telephone call directed IMG and Television Network [Bravo] to wire the initial payment of approximately $866,250 into her attorney client trust account. Debra informed me that she had full authority to have this money wired into said trust account." Wrong!

In Birkhead's declaration, he says, "I need protection to make certain that Opri does not and cannot abscond with my money."

93. Larry and Opri deserve each other. Larry was a boy-toy sperm donor......nothing more. Anna dumped him, and why he was "visiting" the hospital room, while Howard was residing by her side as he had done for 12 years prior.
Now, Larry has done nothing but USE Dannylynn for the salary he never earned from her Mother Anna. Larry was about the money from day one, based on the timing of her pregnancy, but did not stop Larry from sending Anna e-mails disparaging her for sleeping with his friend with the vasectomy. Larry could not push Howard out of the picture because Howard was a weak man for Anna, but her staunchest confidant and advocate, and Dannylynn should have stayed with Howard, who is actually in control of the Marshall lawsuit.....so who is using who??? Seems Larry needs Howard far more then Howard needs Larry. Howard is a trined lawyer who gave up a retention salary, worth far more then the room and board Anna provided for him.
But all you people who try cases on the TV.....based on BIASED PUBLIC OPINION, based on zero facts.....is why Howard probably just cut all ties to Dannylynn's custody. Because all you Larry supporters, based on zero facts other then sperm donor, canwatch the Photo Op King, Larry who hasn't taken a break on using Dannylynn to cash in on.....and Dannylynn usually appears like she wants this guy to put her down and stop trying to fake the bond.....she does that with Howard.

98. The documents Larry signed are crystal clear. The terms are spelled out. It is not the job of an attorney (credit card company, mortgage lender, bank, etc...) to babysit a prospective client with a line-by-line discussion of an Agreement.

If Larry was unclear about anything he was signing, he should have consulted with another advisor FIRST before signing. If, in fact, he was getting FREE representation, he should have had in writing and signed. He did not... to somehow blame Opri (any personal feelings aside) or his confusion, is ridiculous. Take responsibility for the documents you sign and terms you agree to!
