Paris: I'm Ditching the Losers

TMZ has learned that Paris Hilton is telling people that she is going to change -- specifically setting out to do more work with charities and 86 the toxic people in her life. Our question -- who are those people?! Maybe she should start with these peeps:
Click to launch the video!
Brandon "Greasy Bear" Davis: Step one, decrease the Grease. As amusing as he is to us, Brandon's seven-day-a-week hard-partying, late night schedule might not help Paris to become more of a Goldilocks.

Britney Spears: Lose the flooze. Her box-flashing and nightclub hopping while her kids kick it with ... well, we don't really know who ... make her not so hot. While Brit continues to fall apart, she won't help Paris get her sh*t together.

Lindsay Lohan:
Heave-ho to LiLo. In-N-Out burgers, yes, in n' out of rehab, no. P-funk should hang with someone who has more stability than a boulder in a Road Runner cartoon.

Nicole Richie:
A more simple life wouldn't include her wrong-way co-star with her myriad legal dramas. She could end up behind bars as well. Paris really needs to move forward ... in the right direction!

Joe Francis:
The "Girls Gone Wild" convict isn't a paragon of virtue, and Paris should disassociate with anything that reminds the public of "porn" and Paris in the same breath.

Steve-O: Paris has enough jackasses in her life already, she might want to steer clear of one that smokes pot in front of cops.

On the other hand, there is one person in Paris' life that might be able to keep her on the straight and narrow in her size elevens:

Dakota Fanning:
Paris could learn a thing or two from the 13-year-old underage star: she doesn't drink, smoke or flash her panties ... yet. Plus, the juice boxes would do her body good.

Uh, that's about it.

109. This herpetic, parasitic, good for nothing, daughter of nobodies, grand daughter of somebody, part time porn star, has no moral boundaries. This moral fence is taught at the scholl and, above all, at your home by the parents.
What this hepetic bitch need to do, if she really want to be a decent woman, is avoiding like lepers the hollywood people, the discotheque circus, and the endless parties environment (aka charities).
Then go to the Sahara, bury yourself in the sand and give us the right of never having to hear about you.

110. For quite some time, the TMZ website has been inundated with hypercritical postings regarding Paris Hilton and her family. These postings have outweighed any of the unprejudiced, constructive comments, or information serving the public interest; by a very long chalk. They have consisted, for the most part, of irrelevancies, assumptions, unadulterated poppycock, hypotheticals, and salacious smut.

Amongst this public onslaught, a few objective postings featured a catalogue of “facts” detailing the progression of events from the original apprehension of Paris to the legal proceedings, her non-compliance to judicial matters of form, et cetera, and finally to her incarceration. Although these “facts” cannot be denied, as they are on the court records, police files, and in ‘public information’, they are only part of the proceedings.

Public opinion is deduced from editorial controlled media reports. Media reports, for pragmatic purposes ( amongst others ), omit publishing entire proceedings; as in the Hilton case. Unpublished facts underpinning the basis of the judge’s final decision of law ( i.e., the conviction and sentence ) included the entire proceedings between the defence and prosecution, admissible medical or psychiatric evidence, and in all probability, pre-sentence reports, with recommendations, et cetera. These factors of the proceedings were quite conspicuously absent, subsequently public opinion was formed from only the limited known “facts”.

Paris was then incarcerated, after which some anomalous circumstance occurred shortly afterwards, that brought an additional wave of public abuse against her, the district attorney, and the sheriff. Those bent on assassinating the characters of others, in these circumstances, ought to refer to Article Four, Sec. 2, l.519-21, and Amendments, Article Five, ls. 645-646; of the The Constitution of The United States.

The American judicial procedures, I believe, would be based upon equitable principles and rules. And if any irregularities occur – as appeared to have happened in the Hilton case – the American jurists would be more than capable of letting justice be served - calmly and objectively - without any unnecessary scurrilous outbursts from an hysterical sector of the public.

Paris Hilton has been incarcerated for a misdemeanour, and for failure to observe an instruction of law. She did not commit a felonious crime; there was, fortunately, no victim, yet the apparent magnitude of public condemnation was grossly disproportionate to the offences. When are the anti-Hilton campaigners going to recognize that this matter has been dealt with, and move on to their next celebrity?

111. have you seen the "Free Paris" hilton mugshot flask that is out? I caught it on the website www.thelifeimaginedonline.com. I understand they are a group of creatives from Santa Barbara who adore Paris and are pulling for her early release. They are donating a portion of the sales to saving the earth's wetlands. It would be nice to see Paris stand for something bigger in life....I imagine that is really what she is missing -- she is numb and empty without a bigger stand for herself and the planet she will keep on the same track...maybe Bono could mentor her ...who knows.....she is just as lost as the rest of us...the only difference is that she's in the spotlight and we are all hiding out pretending.

112. It occurs to me that one of the last actresses that Miss Hilton should turn to for "learning" is Dakota Fanning. That child's handlers already have her travelling down the same road to personal destruction that P.H. has found herself on. At least Paris was out of childhood when she made her infamous sex tapes. In the also-infamous movie "Hounddog", Dakota DID drink, smoke and "flash her panties"... repeatedly. She also did little things like cursing, murdering her father, erotic dances and simulated sexplay with adult males and even other children! And that's what wasn't edited out prior to it's premiere at Sundance last January.

Personally, I'm a lot more concerned with the corruption and exploitation of talented and still innocent child actors (something that's increasingly happening now) than I am for a spoiled socialite who's a young adult and therefore responsible for her own actions.

By the way; Joe Francis was the one who gave "Hounddog" it's emergency funding to completion after the former investors (the last of many over 10 years' time!) withdrew in the middle of the shooting. Paris and Dakota have a mutual associate! They also both have disfunctional and amoral parents. If Paris wants to do some good works with her time and money in the future, perhaps she can come to Dakota's rescue before she ends up in rehab, juvenile detention... or lying next to River Phoenix. That child is the one who needs help.
