Celeb Designer Faces Even More Rape Charges

Anand JonCeleb fashion designer Anand Jon will be charged with 13 more counts of sexual misconduct today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, including three new counts of rape -- raising the total number of charges against him to 46.

TMZ has learned that six new accusers have joined the case, bringing the total number of potential victims to 18 -- all ranging between the ages of 14 and 27. Among the horrific new charges, Jon, 33, is accused of sexual penetration by a foreign object, assault with intent to commit a felony, forcible rape and forcible oral copulation.

Jon, who was featured on MTV and often hung out with stars like Paula Abdul, Paris Hilton and Michelle Rodriguez, arrived to court this morning wearing a black suit and yellow tie, his hair trimmed and combed to the side. Witnesses inside the courtroom say he "has his game face on." Jon is currently out on $1.365 million bail, but we're told that prosecutors will request that bail be raised to $2.3 million.

Jon was originally arrested and jailed in March, after three potential victims came forward to police. Since then, the accusations and number of victims have rapidly grown.

Anand's attorney, Ronald Richards, has intimated in the past that Jon is being accused by disgruntled former models.

31. That many women do not come forward if he didn't do something. It is humiliating and very difficult thing for women to do confront and press charges against their attacker. And these poor women and GIRLS are probably worried about their careers on top of it. No model wants rape victim attached to their image. Sadly there have always been men in the Entertainment industry that take advantage of women, but most don't rape them. This guy sounds like a psycho.

If it was just one woman, I might wonder, but 45 counts and countless women? What will probably do him in is that each woman will have nearly the same exact story, that is usually what happens in cases like these. What a monster I hope he goes to jail for LONG LONG LONG TIME!!!!!!

37. Give him the DEATH PENALTY.

His using his power and fame and telling these ladies that if they don't sleep with him, they are going to fail. We don't need people like this in society or in jail. I hope he gets his @ss handed to him in jail.

44. #33, GAP, where I get off telling them to go back to where they came from is MY right as a Native born American, tax-paying citizen. If someone wants to come here for a better life, then they must obey our laws. Do you think you'd get treated fairly if you broke the law in a foreign country? There are lots of US citizens in jails around the world who are doing their time according to the laws of those countries.
My tax dollars should not be wasted on some little prick who doesn't want to understand "no means no".

45. #39 - This guy is not an arab. He's Indian. #44 - This dude is not "high" in the photograph. TMZ obviously did a great job in finding the worst possible photo to give the story a more dramatic and sinister effect! and to #38 - the thought that all of those women might possibly have the same story? Let's think about that for a second. If that's the case, sounds like the guy might be the real victim here. If they all have the same story, could it be possibly scripted? Rape is a horrid crime, but let's open our minds and objectively look at the story unfolding here. Why would so many people wait so damn long to attack a person at once? I know if someone raped/attacked me, I would be at the police department/hospital right away getting a rape kit done so I could put the bastard in the slammer. I wouldn't be waiting for other people to come forward. I would want to shut him down asap.
