16. Well ABC ruined Lost for me now they have ruined Grey's Anatomy. Watch its raitings plummet just like Lost. Donot they know minorities watch the most regular TV. When they killed off all the blacks on Lost it sanked and now they fire a black actor for a slur uttered in an argument. BOYCOTT ABC!!!!

21. While it scares me that the great balance of the show is going to be disrupted upon his exit as well as Kate Walsh's, I'm kind of glad to see him go. While something like that should have never been made public and should have never been said to begin with, it happened and it cannot be 'fixed' by going to "rehab". Isaiah Washington was clearly attempting damage control and I have to question his true feelings there. T.R. Knight was re-signed AND given a raise. Go George!

22. T.R. Knight had nothing to do with him leaving, gay people had nothing to do with him leaving, Heigel had nothing to do with his leaving. The DUMBASS BIGGOT got himself fired!!!! He called a castmate a deragatory name and got into a physical altercation with another castmate just because that person defended the guy. He is mentally screwed up!

23. This is totally wrong. Just because the guy say something and has apologised on many occasions is enough to forgive him. FOR GOODNESS SAKE WHAT IS THIS COUNTRY TURNING TO. WHAT ABOUT FREEDOM OF SPEECH. AFTERALL HE DIDN'T COMMIT MURDERED. THIS IS DOUBLE STANDARD. I think the person that needs to be fired is Katherine Kiegl (whatever her name is). She opens her mouth too much and still yet they are keeping her on the show. That Shonda shouid be ashamed of herself too for not backing a brother. LISTEN , THAT show will soon lose all the noise around it. i give them one more season and that is it. How can a person lose his job that makes him to put bread and butter on the table simply because he called someone a name. (BIG DEAL) People called each other names every second and that doesn't mean they should lose their daily bread. I believe the crime doesn't warrant the punishment.
SHAME ON YOU BIG MOUTH KATHERINE KIEGL, SHONDA RIMES, THE PRODUCERS OF THE SHOW AND ABC. PEOPLE SHOULD BOYCOTT THE STUPID (ER) COPYCAT SHOW.

28. Race has nothing to do with this. He called someone the "F-Word" and got fired, and i'm sure that if someone called someone else the "N-Word" they would have been fired as well.

Justice was served, there is no need to go off the wall about this.

He got what was coming to him, same as if someone had used any other offensive word against someone else.

So just leave it alone.
