226. For all the pity posts that say stop judging this brainless twit I say: Lindsay Lohan can get drunk every night and day. She can snort coke until she blows a whole in her septum. If she ODs tomorrow I will think what a shame. HOWEVER, put your sorry ass behind the wheel of car in that condition and the whole world has every right to judge you. You have no right to endanger the lives of anyone else with your addictions. I hope this judge decides it’s high time to make an example of one of these stupid Hollywood stars before they kill someone’s child.

228. I bet you anything her lawyer forced her to go to rehab so than when she has to go back to court they will be like ohh look Lindsey went to rehab so lets give her a lesser charge. It's just a ploy to get away with her little driving stint.

229. I get so sick and tired of hearing about " oh poor poor so and so". These people make how much money and can go to the best rehab for how many dozens of time in there lives and people always say " we are so proud of you. Congratulation's for the 15teenth time" Give me a break. Forget about them when we have kids that do the right thing day in and day out and have to walk to school with not having eaten any breakfast, have no lunch and walk through our ghettos and past prostitutes, drug addicts, resist drug pushers, get to school learn and try to do well and then at the end of the day they walk through all that crap again to come home to no father and a drunk mother in many cases. What do they get for doing the right thing, nothing. The media needs to focus on these issues and not on Lohan. In stead of her spending money on her drinking she should spend some of it on these kids. Lets cut the sympathy off for these people. Enough is enough.

230. To #16: I do believe that there is a lot of pressure in Hollywood and that everyone is only human! However, NO ONE put a gun to these celebrities' heads and forced them to be in the public eye. The paparazzi does go too far; Princess Diana is an example of that. However, at the end of the day, would these celebrities rather have guns in their faces or flashbulbs? I dare any celebrity to go fight for one day in Iraq among our brave American soldiers, then come back, look the public in the eye, and tell us how bad they think their lives are! One last question: despite her broken home and public pressure, do you think what she did was okay?

231. I know it's been said over and over, but I just can't get over how sad it must be to not have your Mother be the one to drive you to rehab. I don't care what age my child is, if they need help and I know about it, or they ask for me, I will be there faster than lightning! Dina says she is more like a friend than a parent to Lindsay. With friends like that...well you know the rest. It makes you want to cry as a parent. I know Lindsay needs to take responsibility for herself, and I don't feel sorry for her getting caught for DUI, or for whatever punishment she gets as a result of this. That mess is of her own making and she has to own that. However, when we are at our lowest it's when most of us know we count on the love of our family or friends. I'm pretty sure she has no real friends, and well her parents are both emotionally unavailable. She is alone. It would be hard to be alone at a time like this. Know though that God is there if you seek him out Lindsay. He won’t ever leave you. You will need your higher power to get through this. I wish you the best.

240. here is my problem with Lindsey, my sister is 20 years old. yes she parties, yes she drinks (and is not supposed too) and yes she has sex, but......she also knows when it is too much. i do not blame the fame that this girl has, i do not blame the paparazzi, or even her parents. she is not a child, only she is too blame. everyone blames her abuse on the fact that she is followed, and she was young when she started blah blah, but what about all of the young actresses who are not using drugs, sleeping around. but who are making a difference and becomming young role models. girls such as Natalie Portman (who started when she was like 11) Amanda Bynes (who also started around Lindsey's age). Mandy Moore, Christina Alguerilea, i can go on. The point is, you either know how to use your fame or you dont, and clearly Lindsey Lohan does not. i do not feel bad for her, she needs help.
