31. She is a nobody. What has she done to better our way of life. She is a bad example for young girls. Her name is Hilton that is her claim to fame. Really take a look at her. She became known because of a sex tape. She has no shame. Heck if I was a actor/actress I would question her fame. She can't act that is for sure. She is an example of what is wrong with our country. She doesn't really understand what a hard day on the job is really about. Just drink, party and drive drunk. She doesn't realize what dangers she could cause driving drunk. She should get 90 days. Her mom should too for the way she behaved in the courtroom. Shame on the Hiltons. I will never go to their Hotels again.

33. I guess in CA it's ok to play with lives, especially if you have $$$. Walk and drive at your own risk, safer to stay in your homes away from all the drunk drivers w/get out of jail free cards.

37. Drunk Driving is a serious and often fatal offense. Many times, the person doing the drinking and driving is the one who walks away alive leaving small children, and sometimes entire families DEAD! I think the judge should re-evaluate the 45 days he gave to Paris and make it 450 days!!!! Having money will not bring back someone's loved one if she kills them during one of her drunk excursions!

38. I think that her feeble excuse that she didn't know her lisence was suspended is just stupid. But in any case she signed a document stating that she understood that she couldn't drive. So wether she read that or not is entirely her fault and she should have to obey the laws just like every other person in this country.

And for her attourney to say that she shouldn't is pulling special priveledge, like she's above the law.

41. too bad for her it wasnt last year at this time or she would get out in a couple of hours. but supposedly since the first of the year anyone entering county jail must serve at least 25% of their time, thats like 11 days.
she will survive and hopefully learn a lesson. like how rude and inconsiderate it is to drive under the influence and be thankful she didnt hurt anyone or take a life.
it should be a good wake up call for her to actually enter reality and stop caring about all the superfical things. have some true meaning to her life and help others. get her head out of the clouds and realize shes not that great and no different nor better than anyone else.
i hope she cries :)

42. I DONT THINK SHE NEEDS TO DO 45 DAYS. I KNOW SHE DESERVES IT BECAUSE IT'S THE LAW;
BUT I THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN HER 3 WEEKS, THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER.
I WAS IN THE CLINKER AS A KID IN JUVINILLE HALL FOR ONE MONTH AND THAT WAS AN EYE OPENING EXPERIENCE. I REALLY DONT THINK SHE SHOULD DO THAT KIND OF TIME. I WOULD HOPE THEY COULD GET HER HER OWN CELL.

44. I'm sure she won't even do a week, but I hope she stays at least 3 or 4 nights. That would be great. She deserves to do the whole thing, but we all know she won't. Hope someone gets a picture of her in her jumpsuit!
