Judge Lawrence Korda says accusations that he fired up a joint in a city park are half-baked, and he's pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor marijuana charges.
As TMZ first reported, the Broward County judge was busted last month after Florida police claim they caught him blazing some weed under a tree in a city park.
Korda went on a temporary (but indefinite) leave of absence earlier this month, and is due back in court May 7.
