Larry doesnt owe a lie detector test to anyone. he has nothing to prove or disprove. His private life is his own business and I beleive the national Enquirer tabloid will come up with anything to sell a tabloid. I also beleive Virgie Arthur is behind that shit. It is my opinion, that Virgie is after the money, she would take that babies money and use it for herself to pay all her legal fees, I beleive, and also to use on herself. Hey BAHAMAS you have done the right thing thus far, America seems OUTRAGED AT VIRGIE. Larry deserves to take his baby home, he is the father undisputed, and only fought for her because he knew all along he is the father. He loves Dannielynn for all the RIGHT reasons. Anytime there is publicity and celeb status, the tabloids will do anything to sell there magazine, Obviously, Larry is a greta father, he has been the one fighting all along, even before Anna Nicole passed away. Virgie couldve tried to fight for all this custody and crap when Anna was alive, but she never did, nor did she have a relationship with her daughter.It would be devastating for Americans to see her get her hands on Dannielynns money, and I beleive, like everyone else I have heard on T.V. that Virgie is after that money that Dannielynn stands to inherit. She couldnt even manage to raise her own daughter, from what we the public have heard, she said in court in Florida that Anna got in to trouble and so she shipped her off to an aunt rather than cope. I have faith in the Bahamas, to do what is right. Larry if you read this, my prayers are with you and your daughter and I am proud of you for fighting for your baby since her birth. You are a great daddy. Virgie, larry seems to have invited you into Dannielynns life, AS A GRANDMA, the way it should be. I hope Virgie doesnt stand a chance with her suits. I hope the Bahamas sanctions Virgie like they did Howard K Stern. It is a shame Anna could not have a relationship with Virgie, but she made her wishes crystal clear on national T.V. Dannielynn needs to start her life with her dad, and Virgie, you are holding it up, and all you are doing is hurting that baby. You are everything Anna ever said about you and more. I do not know any of you, but I bet Larry will provide a stable loving home, and I do not beleive he is after any money. He loves his baby, Virgie, your ten minutes of fame are up. I am watching Nancy Grace and i became outraged, like most that Virgie filed an Emergency court hearing to stop larry from bringing his child home. Just let him go home with his baby, please.

You missed my point. I am the parent of three teenagers. Have I seen the harm in alcohol? You bet I have. I'm just saying that pot is illegal. It doesn't matter what you or the judge think about getting high or chilling out.............whatever. Pot is illegal and because it is illegal, there are consequences for being in posession of it. This is nothing new. This judge should have more sense than this. How could you possibly defend his actions. Peace out.

65. Judge Larry Korda saved my life when I was 15. He presided over my multiple high school drug busts in the early 80s. After the third arrest in as many months, faced with putting me in juvenile detention (a middle class, A student going through a rebellious phase), he took a chance on me. He made the effort to find out more about me, and sentenced me to a drug program instead of jail. It turned my life around, I graduated college AND law school, and I can tell you I would not be here today if it weren't for him. This is a good man. I hate that he has been dragged into this circus. No, a judge should not be smoking dope out in a city park, but if he did do it, let the justice system handle it, not the media spectacle surrounding Anna Nicole's pathetic life.

Before you go around throwing insults when people express their opinion, you probably need to understand the law and the oath of office that this judge took. My husband is an attorney and is not a "facist" as you would viciously describe him. He was apalled at this judges actions. When does a professional leave his 16 year old behavior behind? Obviously you are still stuck in the high school, smoke a bong, mentality. Marijuana is illegal. That is the law. It makes no difference if you defend the use of it. It is illegal. You sound like a very angry individual with no platform in which to make your ridiculas defense. YOU are what is wrong with this country. You cant get ahold of a simple fact and deal with the reality of it. POT is illegal!!!!! Hope your family comes to visit you in jail. How much time did you serve your country?

Just to let you know, most people outgrow and evolve from smoking a joint in their teens. It seems you and Judge Korda have not. You must think you are above the law? What responsible adult blames the system for breaking a law. Lots of people like to drive fast............it gives them a sense of freedom and power.............some are in a hurry and want to run a red light..............most of the time, no harm done.
