Anna Nicole Smith's ex lover and the father of their baby Larry Birkhead has been challenged to take a lie detector test. No this has nothing to do with the paternity; the DNA test finally solved that issue. According to a report from this week's National Enquirer, the man that has accused Larry of a gay affair is standing by his story despite the threat of a lawsuit. "I challenge Larry to take a lie detector test to prove once and for all which one of us is telling the truth!"

Kerrick Ross, male model, who recently claimed in the weekly magazine world exclusive that he had a secret gay affair with Larry Birkhead.

Birkhead immediately denied the affair and hired lawyers to try to stop the story from being published. But The Enquirer will report in the issue out this week that the publication refused to back down, and Kerrick has a strong message for Larry – and anyone else – who disputes his story: He is considering legal action.

"Larry Birkhead is calling me a liar? He is the one who is lying!" said a furious Ross, according to the magazine. Ross claims he met Larry at a party in Louisville, KY in 2000, and that night they had sex for the first time at Ross' place. It would happen again – 8 to 10 times before the lovers parted ways.

The story notes that Ross even took a lie detector test administered by a top examiner which indicated he is not being deceptive about his relationship with Birkhead. He goes on to challenge Larry to 'come out of the closet.'

Post 2, What does this have to do with this story about lie detector tests and Larry being gay? Who cares if he is bi-sexual and what does that prove or disprove; he is still Danielynn's Father! The Judge good for you puff away on that primo weed! Weed should be legalized if Alchol and cigarettes are! 15. I think the public has been played for fools. I too, did see Larry and Howard driving away from court laughing and it made me feel like such and idiot. Maybe they should do the remake of my two dads, it seems that would fit into their money making scheme very easy. According to the Star magazine that Larry writes for, a June 2006 issue states that Anna Nicole found a way to make money off her baby story. All makes sense now, too bad she didn't live to see just how much.
