Hilton to Make an Appearance -- in Court!

Paris Hilton will face a judge on May 4, when prosecutors are hoping to have her probation revoked -- which could result in a 90-day jail sentence! Paris making license plates?

In January, Hilton pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving -- stemming from a September arrest -- and was sentenced to 36 months probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines. Prosecutors argue that her February arrest for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license violates that probation.

While not present in court today, Hilton will have to appear in person next month.

106. She knew damm well her driving privilages were suspended....Thats the first thing that happens when you get a DUI. They take your license at the time of your arrest. Then the lawyer sends in your payment for your reinstatement fee for a restricted license. Was her lawyer so stupid that he didnt tell her that..I think not!!! I know in South Carolina thats the way it is done...You have to go to ADSAP complete those classes and also get SR-22 insurance for 3 years...restricted license or not...Her dumb ass needs to do some time. Just because you have money doesnt mean your above the law...

Just so everyone knows TMZ are pulling down ppls negative blogs about paris Hilton, now I don’t know WTF is going on here weather Hilton has them by the legal balls or they are just pathetic parasite huggers, anyway they have pulled off several of my comments and I’m getting pretty pissed off about it. I noticed that they aren’t doing this for Britney or Lindsay (surprise surprise!) and I call for everyone to post their most horrible hate blogs about parasite that they can muster, TMZ are protecting this worthless bitch and I for one am sick of it. 108. She did the Crime, therefore, She Should Do the Time !!!!!! For her to say she didn't know her license was suspended is BULL !!!!! I don't buy it and neither does anyone else !! She is constantly in trouble with the law and it's about time she got locked up !!!!
