Hilton to Make an Appearance -- in Court!

Paris Hilton will face a judge on May 4, when prosecutors are hoping to have her probation revoked -- which could result in a 90-day jail sentence! Paris making license plates?

In January, Hilton pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving -- stemming from a September arrest -- and was sentenced to 36 months probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines. Prosecutors argue that her February arrest for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license violates that probation.

While not present in court today, Hilton will have to appear in person next month.

Paris is an awful person. I am very sorry about your husband. Before he went into military service, did you consider health insurance in case something happened to your husband or your family while he was away? Can a Vet hospital help him? Surely you are not blaming wealthy people for his illness. You are mixing apples and oranges with this post.

48. I hope she gets real jail time. I cannot fathom why she gets so much publicity when she has not contributed any good or mediocre movie and the like, nor charitable projects that deserve to be read about. All she is known for-- are her countless ala-musical chair merry-go-round changes of boyfriends, continuous nightlife and the like. She must not be given any special treatment ever! Book her!

50. Jail Paris for a long time---being rich is not an excuse not to follow the law! She is fully aware she is on probation but ignored it...she thinks she can buy her freedom----let her taste the square cold room! Maybe the experience will make her realize she broke the law!

55. Paris in jail is such a funny picture .......her in orange and smiling like she is doing a show or something! I want her to get jail time because as some have stated, if she was drunk and driving on a road that a family or friend was on we would want her to be put in jail for driving under the influence .......can u imagine saying wow i am sooooooo totally drunk lets drive on the road and see if we make it! is way wrong! 58. Paris needs a reality check and not a reality show! She will go to rehab for $10,000 a week. All of these young celebrities need help before they kill someone or themselves. All their parents deny, justify or ignore their behavior. The judge must protect them from themselves and society!
Give her a week in jail and take away her license for 3 years. PROTECT SOCIETY!!
