37. People who break the law deserve to be punished, however I doubt that she'll even be told that she did anything wrong. Nothing will happen, and she'll be out partying that night. Pretty unforunate that money and a name mean that you can do absolutely anything and get away with it.

38. We all know they're going to play "Let's Make a Deal" and have her not do jail time. Paris's camp better just plea bargain to community service instead of going all-or-nothing in a trial because I don't see a jury acquitting her.
Celebs such as Robert Downey Jr., Lil'Kim, Tommy Lee,Shug Knight etc. have gone to jail for many months so the justice system does work, to a point.

44. Hey, like I said I've been there, and met many who spent time in jail even if they were just standing by their car! CA law states any violation of probation (driving suspendd is a BIG violation) does some jail time. And that doesn't mean a trip to Hollywood LAPD like she did, the women's jail is in Van Nuys, and you spend the night on a cot with a toilet right in middle of the room. You spend the night with hookers and other DUI's. And Paris fits both offenses imo.
