Hilton to Make an Appearance -- in Court!

Paris HiltonParis Hilton will face a judge on May 4, when prosecutors are hoping to have her probation revoked -- which could result in a 90-day jail sentence! Paris making license plates?

In January, Hilton pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving -- stemming from a September arrest -- and was sentenced to 36 months probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines. Prosecutors argue that her February arrest for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license violates that probation.

While not present in court today, Hilton will have to appear in person next month.

8. I've been in that court, she won't get any 90 days, but she better get a few days, everyone else does if they drive on suspended license. In fact she should have been taken to jail when she got stopped, and her car taken away. In LA court, it is almost like making hotel reservation to get in jail. Judge asks when you'd like to start your sentence, don't say Friday, he'll say "we are fully booked all weekend." Not kidding.
