Sanjaya Breaks MySpace Hunger Striker

Sanjaya MalakarThe MySpacer who had gone 16 days without food in protest of Sanjaya Malakar's presence on "American Idol" has finally relented -- under doctor's orders.

"J," the one-letter moniker by which she is known to millions, says that she will continue to fight the good fight the old fashioned way: by voting for anyone other than Sanjaya.

She also implored anyone else staging a hunger strike to stop, and to stay tuned for a "voting strategy" for the coming weeks. Now she can be like everyone else, and lose her lunch while listening to Sanjaya.

48. There is no way this girl could go 16 days without eating and still be the same size. I did a strict slim fast diet for 3 weeks and lost 25 pounds. She should have lost at least that much in 2 weeks with no eating. This is a load of crap and I am really shocked that people actually believed this mess and that TMZ reported on it.

54. I do not understand how talented people keep getting voted off while sanGAYa keeps going. I love the fact that he is GAY and have known since the auditions that he is GAY. that is not a problem as I myself am. hoe-ever he cannot sing and needs to bow out while he still has some dignity. I LAUGHED my ass off when they had that teenage girl was fake crying for him while he was performing. the camera kept going to her while he was performing and you can tell it was staged as she could not even get a tear to come out of her eye. I was embarrassed for american idol for staging that. I am equally embarrassed for sanGAYa everytime he gets on stage and makes an ass of himself. his choice of songs, hairstyles, dance moves, and singing are a horrible embarrassment to himself and the shows producers. he has to know that his still being on the show is a running joke. I cannot take his fake ass Mariah Scarry no talent ass anymore. that beatch hass got to go

56. VFTW, Howard Stern and Sanjaya all need a bus ride home... keepthebestidol is going to try to keep actual talent on the show. I doubt they will be able to organize the fans to stave off the negativity that's ruining AI. Is this the last season?

58. THAT "J" just wants he 15 minutes of fame and she should be ashamed of herself setting that kind of example for younger people. There's no way she stopped eating for 16 days she probably had twinkies stashed under her pillow. She is a loser who has no life other than worrying about a 17 year old Idol contestant! 59. I think Sanjaya needs to go, he should have gone from day one with his sister. Simon is the reason for him still being on Idol and humiliating the other good singers. Like Chris and Phil, who deserved to still be on Idol. So America, lets vote the dude off this week, cause it would be a shame is another good singer gets the booth in the you know where the sun doesn't shine.

60. I think that the "Tweenies" are all voting for Sanjaya...nothing wrong with that. Reminds me of back in the day...Donnie Osmond, Micheal Jackson etc.....let the kids have their time...if they are voting for him to be their "American Idol" then so be it!
