48. She is not at the hospital. She went to a dentist who works at a complex next to the hospital, but it isn't at the hospital. A lot of doctors/dentists have offices in medical complexes near or next to a hospital that often appears to actually be part of the hosptial. In fact, the doctor I go to works in a building that is actually physically attached to a hospital but it is a separate facility.

My brother was addicted to pain killers for a while and this is just a classic case... We're gonna get more drugs by going to the hospital... My brother did this all the time. And what better way to convince them to give you drugs than to say you have a toothache... Everyone knows how painful they are and they will give you whatever you want for the relief. If she was really in pain with a toothache, she would have been to the dentist by now, not a hospital!

54. yeah, antibiotics don't work when you're drinking booze. just kidding, but seriously. If she had an infection they have to try and treat the infection before pulling the tooth. Even so, it's really painful and I'm sure the princess can't handle it without any drugs.
