LARRY BIRKHEAD, the former boyfriend of ANNA NICOLE SMITH and alleged father of her baby girl, DANNIELYNN, has filed a trademark application for the phrase, "Goodnight My Sweet Anna Baby."

The trademark covers movies, books, TV programs, programs broadcast over the Internet, electronic media and stage plays.

Anna Nicole told ET she thought Birkhead was in the battle over baby Dannielynn for the money, and while he insisted to us that wasn't the case, the trademark could end in him profiting off of his relationship with the former Playboy playmate.

72. Does anyone remember, "He's also and actor!" He should get an Oscar for his performance on the stand. He was full of it and his attorney Debra was stupid enough to take on the case. Guess she wised up and that was her reason for leaving him.

RIGHT ON MAGGIE! If HKS was in his and Anna's way and if HKS was giving Anna drugs...why didn't he let Anna call Security....he would have had HKS out of their lives...and he would have gotten Anna the help she needed....instead, he makes up this lie hoping to gain sympathy and trust.....he only made himself an accomplise to his own story! What a butt! And his hair isn't blonde. It's light brown, almost blonde. Anna's hair is brown, not platinum!

I have to give it to HKS. He's under so much media stress, police investigations, how he is holding up? I can tell you this, "If he was guilty of anything, he would have cracked by now!" and "If he wasn't the baby's father, he sure is holding on to hope......I don't by that!" I think that he truly believes that he is the father. Emails of his love for her and her love for him have surfaced. Emails of Anna's hate for Larry are found. Video of her stating that Larry isn't the father is found.

If this baby isn't Howards, I feel so badly for Dannielynn. I pray that she doesn't go to Vergie.

74. For some reason I think they are going to come back and say that Larry's DNA is not a match and he isn' t the father. Then if that happens no one will ever know who that poor child's father really is ... I certainly don't think it's Howard. I have a hard time believing he is the father when all he does is stall things ... if he was the father the way he says he is, he would have been out there first thing getting a DNA test to show everyone he was the father and stop all this nonesense. But instead of stopping the nonesense it seems he is doing everything in his power to delay or stop things ... I would think those actions of his speak volumes as if he has something to hide or perhaps he's not sure that he is the father.
