I also believe they were both murdered but both Dr. Perper and the Chief of police have said it could be reopened..I really think with 45 witnesses from the hospital etc. in the Bahamas where Daniel died, they may see to it that something is done..After all Methadone is illegal in the Bahamas just as Cocaine is in the U.S. They have witnesses that can say they heard Anna screaming at Howard after Daniel died..I wish everyone would get their facts straight when they say Daniel was an addict just like Anna. Daniel was not a drug addict..his Doctor had him on zoloft for depression..The methadone that killed him came from what Anna and Howard had..Even Dr. Lee has said tonight that this is very suspicious..They also said just because the case is closed doesn't mean it will stay closed. Dr. Lee brought up the fact that the brownish substnce she had thrown up in the sink and the blood on her sheet should have been analized..Dr. Lee also brought up the one medicine tht was found in both of there bodies..METHADONE. It's not over yet!! Too many professionals think there's something that stinks.

1433. Dr Perper should be fired. What gives him the right to say it was Accidental, does he know for sure the drug was not slipped to Anna Nicole?

Dr. Perper stated Chloral Hydrate has a distinct taste; Chloral Hydrate is used for date rapes, so why don't these victims of Date Rape taste it? Because its in a drink? The murderer could have put it in Juice or whatever correct?

If Anna took such a Lethal Dose of this drug herself, when did she take it? She was talking to Howard at 10:00/am and 11:00/am and then Howard left her at 12:00 noon.

Reported by MSNBC Nancy Grace today: Something was screwy about this timeline:

Dr Perper stated she took this drug about 2 hours before she died. 9:00/am Anna was helped to bed., 11 to 11:15/am Howard leaves the room. So if she took the Lethal Dose 2 hours before, that would be about 9;15 to 10:00/am?

I would think she would be knocked out by 10:30/am or 11:00/am, how did she continue to talk?

12:30pm Bodyguards wife noticed she was blue and performs cpr, 1:40/pm Bodyguard arrives and calls emergency, What happened between 12:30/pm and 1:40/pm, 1 hour 10 min?

The Freaks around Anna stated said she didn't want the MEDIA FRENZY if she went to the Hospital, she made her living off publicity.

Dr. Perper only had Howard K. Sterns word on what happened in Anna's room, there were no other witnesses.

Remember Dr. Perper in the beginning stated we would be shocked on the results? What were we supposed to be shocked about?

Remember when they first reported Anna collapsed in her room, was that a media mistake or what?

1435. I am a Howard Stern supporter also have been from the start. Go Howard, today is a victory. Hopefully one of the many to come. All these conspiracy theories, its like growing up in the 70's and 80's. Are you sure Howard wasn't on the grassy knoll?

Dee, Howard had those computers and that video with Annas face, stolen by Ford Shelly. There was nothing he could do about that picture, it from the video. He also doesn't profit from it. It was stolen out of the house.

1436. Dr. Perber was the medical examiner in charge. He had a whole team including people from computer division to go through the 2 computers, That is what gives him the right. He did everything appropriate. He just didn't find what you wanted him to did he? Sorry Babe

1437. There has been so much disinformation around this case, its not surprizing people feel the way they do, even on this site, you can get bits of innuendo, gossip, that proves out not to be true. Anna didn't collapse in the hotel. She was actually improving. One of the reasons they didn't hospitalize her, is that she didn't want to go, and she got antibiotics (cipro), and was improving, no fever. The high fever 105 was one of the first days. She did get up that morning and Howard helped her to the bathroom. Then she went back to bed.

I know she lived off the media, but remember she was now battling Larry Birkhead, Ford Shelly, there was a suit against Trim Spa that named her. I think the baby issues is why she didn't want to be seen in Florida, ailing, my assumption only.

I only say this because so much has been proven lies. She didn't collapse the day she died.
The abcess that contributed was old, and inside her buttock, not visible. The pic that was floating around was one from her 8th month of pregnancy on her thigh.

Perber doesn't deserve to be fired. Most of these arguements are about facts that frankly aren't facts at all.

1440. I just want to state I think Larry is the father of the baby. Now, here is the thing about Anna not wanting to go to the emergency room. Most people do not want to go because typically you have to wait about 3 hours to be seen unless you can't breathe. Anna probably knew if she went there someone would call the media and say she was there. Apparently, you can pretty much find out anything about why someone is in the hospital. Just look at the autopsy report-that was revealed to the media before Dr. Perper gave his results. Anna probably did not want Larry to have the ammunition against her that she was taking a considerable amount of drugs.

Everyone keeps saying Howard or someone else is at fault for giving her the drugs. Give me a break... The first thing about rehab is the person has to agree there is a problem and willing to seek help. Mr. O'Quinn acts like they had her drugged up all the time. JMO he is just seeing the money in the Marshall lawsuit. He could fire everybody and take this on. Apparently, there was a problem since before Howard even knew her. We have seen pictures of Anna walking in to the hotel at the Hard Rock. She was not carried in or on a gurney. People make their own decisions. After watching her show and testimony Anna was always in charge!! She was not going to let anyone tell her what to do.

Unfortunately, it ended the way it did. It really goes to the fact that the media is the devils advocate.
