3046. Homegirl, I dont like the Shelly/Thompson clan at all, I do feel they set-up Stern...with all the crap they put out there. Yeah, he flew out of there, but fast. I read that he called Cal. and the guy from ET and the psychiatrist Kristine, and they flew to Fla.---picked up Stern and flew him back to the Bahamas. King Eric, I believe took the boat back.

3047. ok people the baby was not with them when they went to Florida the baby stayed in the Bahama's the reasoning was if the baby ever sets foot on U.S soil the parents can be made to make the test for Paternity. As of right now its up to the Bahama's and law in the Bahama's recognizes the parent listed on the Birth Certificate even if the listed parent is not the Biological parent. Why do you think they moved to the Bahama's. Anna did not want Birkhead to have anything to do with the baby and none of us know why but she had to have had a good reason. I HOPE HOWARD GETS TO KEEP HER.

3048. Wys, I know why they chose Bahamas. Because they didnt want Birkhead to get custody, if the hospitals here found out she was on so many drugs and wouldnt detox. Birkhead said she was in the hosp. at 4 months trying to detox....He also threatened drug tests on her and the baby, thats why the fled...

I have been following this case closely and It doesn't take a genious to figure out that it is very suspicious that the son and mom past away (what are the chances of that) ....c'mon now that has to raise some suspicions........HK was there with her son when he passed he was very young and only months later his mom passes..... (what a coincidence). It was recently mentioned that Anna had about 7 different life insurance policies all listing her son as the primary and HK as a contingent beneficiary, not to mention that he was her attorney and knew her net worth......there was definitely motive and opportunity..... what a better way of using drugs to cause their fatalities when in actuality they used them anyway so of course it would be very difficult to determine or prove if the drugs were administered by another person or the victims themselves......think about it there is alot of MONEY involved......and HK is very in tune with the Law, he's an attorney a attorney with no other clients...lol .......as far as all these other people standing up for him.....there is enough money to pay them to make him look good in public......to sum this all up, I just hope they look into this very deeply b/c there is something very wrong with the whole picture..... May Anna Nicole and her son rest in peace......

3050. Whats funny is no one is stating the fact that Anna actually lived with her Aunt and Cousin before she ever married Daniels dad. She left home before she got married to him. My point in saying this is Vergie paints a different picture which is incorrect. Anna and Anna's cousin both say Anna lived with her Aunt that proves she didnt want to be around her Mom long before Anna was 29 try when she was 16 and she probably would have left sooner then that had she been able too.
People need to get over Vergie who was and is a Scum sucking pig that treated her own child like scum and even in death treated her child poorly. I hate that woman and hope she burns in hell. Sorry if that offends anyone but oh well

3051. **sigh** The facts will come out this coming week I believe Anna died of a broken heart. Which made her immune system so bad she couldnt fight off the puemonia.

I dont want to go back through all the post but someone posted that Daniel died of an overdose of Methadone and that is not true he actually died because he was taking two anti depressants and had some Methadone which reacted poorly with his other prescriptions. But either way he died and this fact is very sad because he was Anna's life as far as she was concerned.

3052. Fox news ,which isn't that reliable at times says Birdhead and Stern maybe making a deal where one keeps the kid period.I do hope the paternity issue is resolved first and they really know who the Daddy is?Stern said during his eulogy that he knew who the Dad was etc and the lies told.

3053. A friend of Daniel's told someone that Danny had been complaining of stomach issues months before he died.He had seen a Dr about it in LA.Dr.Perper did say Anna had a inflamed heart.

3054. It really wouldnt surprise me at all if the baby wasnt Larrys. What with all the crap Shelley/Thompson put out to make Anna and Stern look bad. I have to ask myself why. Why do Greta, state how much you love Anna and show that clown tape?

Why do the show about the house ownership, say you love Anna and say you saw Stern flush pills.

Stern gives testimony that Anna hasnt done methadone in 5 months, yet Shelley hands over pic of a jug of it in Annas fridge!

Shelley says he wouldnt have let his little girl their if drugs were involved, yet says he saw Stern take a pouch from under a mattress with the explanation theyre drugs and doesnt trust Anna not to abuse them!

And what with the dates and all it could be that Thompsons vasectomy didnt take. Then theres the email Anna sent after Thompson tried to evict her-->(you can count, we both know who the father is- I want DNA and child support!)

The stuff Shelley did doesnt make sense to me--the court already stated Anna had no claim to the house, yet they throw out all this garbage at Stern and Anna. And after her death they take journals, tapes and hard drives like theyre looking for something. And Shelley testifies he knows Annas computer password!

It seems to me its more than revenge for trying to get a BC signature and house out of them. Its dizzying all the stuff Shelley has on Stern, I dont get it, either Stern is guilty as hell or Stern has something on Shelley/Thompson.

Its odd to me that they didnt get Thompsons DNA and check it against the babies being he was a frequent visitor to the Bahamas....a hair or two?? Then they couldve been off the hook with Larrys DNA request if it turned out Thompson was the dad. I dont know, as Ive said before, something seems really out of whack here.

3055. Carolyn Furr - will all the stations are stating the HKS & Larry are trying to make a deal. Even their attorneys wont deny it. And it seems strange that at the funeral Larry sat right behind HKS. Something up. And I only want the baby to be with her true father and hopefully that will happen.

I agree regarding the Trimspa... containing ephedra...which causes heart palpitations.....the collapsed lung, pnemonia...poor immune system...enlarged heart..(possible birth defect) who knows...along with a cocktail of scripts...alcohol...not eating...the Slimfast...and a broken heart...hell....can't wait to see Perper on Thursday.....
FYI..the Trimspa noted in the famous Fridge phtoto...shows the new Trimspa..as of 2004..when it contained ephedra..it was in a box...... just mentioning..

That baby DOES NOT LOOK LIKE LARRY BIRKHEAD!!! She looks NOTHING like him. If you wear glasses you had better have you lens adjusted, perhaps you need them doubled or something. Her eyes are blue yes but so are Sterns, her chin is pointy and defined, so is Sterns, her hair isnt going to be blond (her eye brows are already dark) her hair is turning dark, JUST LIKE HER DADDY"S, HOWARD KEVIN STERN!!!!!!!! Danilyn was born in September, on the 7th, do the math, if Anna had become pregnant in January as Larry claims she did then she would have given birth in October, 2nd or 3rd week, she came back already TELLING Larry she was pregnant, oh but then that was suppose to of been a false alarm, then all of a sudden, a month later shes PG??? she already was and Larry wasnt any near ANNA in Decemeber when she became pregnant but one man was, HOWARD KEVIN STERN. He was there, and that baby looks like him. I pray to God it is, he is the ONLY one that isnt after any money. He is THEE ONLY one who REALLY loved Anna and maybe he was an enabler but unless you have done drugs or been addicted to them then you cant say, "why didnt he help her or do something for her to stop? because it wouldnt have matter what HKS said or did, no amount of trying to help her would have been successful. NOT UNTIL Anna her HERSELF was ready for that help, that trying, so dont blame ANYONE but her, the first thing in therapy you are told is "take responsibility for your own actions and stop blaming everyone else" HKS stood by her all these years, through all that she went through, he was by her side day and night and HE WAS working for ANNA at ANNA'S request, he gave up his whole life for this woman and he shouldnt be called scum or drug pusher or money grubber or any other dirty bad name, no one BUT ANNA is responsible for her drug problem, and yet NO ONE but ANNA and Howard knew the pain she was going through, physical or emtional so GET OFF THEIR BACKS, Anna's in God's hands now along with her son Daniel. Leave Howard alone, he didnt do anything wrong but love Anna and dedicate his life to her, love makes people do funny things, right or wrong, Dont judge less you be judged.

Howard K. Stern TELL THE WORLD THAT DANILYN HOPE MARSHAL SMITH STERN IS YOURS AND ANNA'S DAUGHTER, AND KEEP THE PROMISE YOU MADE TO ANNA AND DO NOT LET ANYONE ELSE HAVE THAT BABY GIRL, SHE BELONGS WITH HER DADDY, THE DADDY WHO LOVES HER, AS THEIR CHILD, NOT THEIR MEAL TICKET............................. and remember, this little girl may never inherit a dime from the Marshal estate, then what will you HKS bash heads have to cry about then??????

Firdt of all, NO woman pregnant would be detoxing AT ANY MONTH! And NO doctor or hospital would try and detox a woman four months pregant, that would be risking the life of the baby. If she were on methadone, they would never try it. Being on the methadone would be much better while pregnant than all the other meds and besides the methadone would replace the other narcotics if she had been taking them so SHE wouldnt have gone through withdrawals. while pregnant a womans blood supply increases due to the baby and if the mom is on methadone her does would have to be adjusted throughout the pregnancy, just as the baby grows, so does the moms blood supply, decreasing the amount of methadone in her blood supply. This baby would experience a short period of withdrawals after birth but with the medication paragoric she would not suffer any of the withdrawals a baby not taking it would. And through years and years of studies there are no ill effects to babies whose moms were on methadone later on in life.................. A pregnant woman DOESNT DETOX AND THATS JUST A MEDICAL FACT.......

3059. Well Anna was taking Trimspa but she was taking TrimSpa X32 which is actually Ephedra free though it contains quite a bit of caffiene there is no Ephedra in it. I dont think she died of mysterious causes I think the Medical Examiner will come back with either a disease or a health issue. That is what I am hoping anyway.
