32. she will plead no contest , she will get probation, community service etc, she will not get any jail time. At best, she'll be sued for wrongful death and more than likely settle with the victims family with for an undisclosed amount of money. thats all and thats it. C'mon people..take your heads out of your asses and look at whats happened in the passed to celebrities. Rebecca Gayheart for example.

34. So when I wake up tomorrow and go to tmz.com what will I see? a story about a strust fund kid "Paris Hilton" then around three pm we will see a story about someone being "Gay" then around 9 or 10 pm we will see a story about brandy.

35. What are you people talking about? No, Brandy should not at the least be put into prison whatsoever here why. Another actreess a while back killed a 9 year kid with her car, and Sarah Jessica Parker's husband killed (two) people with his car in a head on collission, and neither one of them served time , but only paid fees although both parties being the celebrities were proven to be at fault. This was covered on Good Morning America this morning. So all I'm saying is Brandy should only be required to pay fees, and if the family sues pay them an amount within reason.

38. Brady will be charged, not because she's black but she killed someone. Keep in mind, she'll be charged w/misdeamenor manslaughter. She'll get 200 hours of community service and pay $1000 fine. That's a small price to pay for taking a life. What ever she was doing in her car; eating, talking on her cell phone, adjusting the radio, it took her eyes off the road! That is negligence plan and simple!

42. I am a 25 year old black woman, and I hate it when people claiming to be civil rights groups get involved in matters that don't concern them just so they can receive media attention. And, shame on you TMZ for giving them attention! We see this happen all the time, and I'm sick of it. Brandy has not asked for their help and I'm sure she doesn't want their help.

44. So just because Brandy is black she should get away with causing a fatal accident? I'm pretty sure Affirmative Action was not passed into law to allow those who are minorities to escape the punishment. I'm sure Brandy feels absolutely awful about this accident and its outcome. CHP is not making her a political trophy; they are doing their job. Naji Alee is playing the race card and using her status as a celebrity to bring attention to himself and his "cause." It makes me absolutely sick to my stomach to see these slugs crawl out from under their rocks when they find someone they can exploit to their advantage.
