19. Dang people, give her a break. Maybe she likes that resturant, and maybe it was nice out, so she wanted to sit outside. It's not her fault there are people with nothing better to do then follow celebs around all day everyday. They shouldn't have to hide! She drinks, get over it!! Most people her age do, and most people her age act like asses too!

23. Poor darling! I'd be surprised if she wasn't asked to leave her re-hab facility. Are they trying to make money off of people like her or what? Letting her in and out like that is just soooo sad!! It sends a message to the public; don't send YOUR loved ones to a place like that!! If she was truly interested in "recovery", then she could easily afford to go somewhere else. It's obviously a ploy for as much attention as she can get. Poor darling!!!!!

25. I thought Judy Garland was a pill popper, starting with diet pills and progressing to downers and such.

This "Lindsay does Rehab" thing is looking more and more like a stunt to satisfy a contract clause in an upcoming project so they can get insurance on her. It sure doesn't seem like she is there because of a genuine desire to get clean.

26. Well she is more than proving my thoughts on the "rehab" matter. This is not the way someone who is serious about their recovery takes rehab. It is all for show and attention. She keeps it up and she won't be hired for any movies. She supposedly was going to AA for a year...of course there is anonyminity for those meetings so no way to prove it. After a year she admits she was sneaking drinks which I think everyone new. Ok..she is going to take control and checks into rehab...of course this is after her "appendectomy" which she had an express recovery from. She shops, she goes to restaurants, gets her followup from the 'surgery' checked on and goes to AA meetings outside the facility. Why would you goes outside a rehav for the meetings? Last I knew they were provided for in the place.
TMZ>...please go on to other things. You are giving her exactly what she (and her momma) wants...ATTENTION.

27. You know I really dont see what everyones fuss is about Lindsay Lohan. Yes, I know, shes a "rolemodel" of sorts, but the girl is just doing what any other girl her age would do. I know this because I am that girl. YES, it is WRONG that she does this when so many people have their eyes on her, but please people, think about yourselves when you were 20 years old. Weren't you doing the same things? Going out with friends, drinking, ect.? I know I am. Shoot, I have friends that are WORSE than her! Shes not so bad, and she doesnt need rehab. Rehab is for people that constantly are drinking, people that wake up and feel the need to drink immediately. Im sorry, she is not an alcoholic, and it probably IS a publicity stunt, but leave the girl alone. Who are we to pass judgement when most of us were probably out doing the SAME things?

28. It's really too bad she can't take her rehab seriously. Some people don't get the chance to go & really need it. I hope she doesn't lose her life-she's had all the chances!

29. My daughter did what is called an intensive outpatient rehab and took it very seriously. She was 15 at the time and got hooked on meth. She went 5 days a week for 3 hours each and then attended outside meetings on the off days. She now has 15 moths of being clean. So this type of program does work. This maybe the type of program Lindsey is in.

30. She is not in an inpatient rehab plan. She is currently working on "I Know Who Killed Me" during the day and then goes back to Wonderland at night.

That's why we see her out all the time during the day. However, we have not seen her out at night.

TMZ just wants to cause drama and have people read about it. Lindsay is signed up to like 4-5 movies for 2008. Her 15 minutes are far from done.
