Anna Nicole Paternity Test -- Deadline Set

Anna Nicole SmithThe judge in the Anna Nicole Smith baby dispute has ordered Smith to complete all DNA testing no later than Jan. 23.

Larry Birkhead, Smith's ex-boyfriend who claims to be Dannielynn's father, went to court last fall to ask a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge to order both Smith and her baby to undergo DNA testing.

Today Judge Robert Schnider set the Jan. 23 deadline. Under the terms of the order, Smith and Birkhead can each choose the lab of their choice. We're told Birkhead's lawyer, Debra Opri informed the judge that her lab -- based in the U.S. -- would send reps down to the Bahamas directly to Smith's front door. Opri tells TMZ "all she has to do is get out of bed, put on a Anna Nicole gallery: Click to launch photosrobe and answer the front door."

Smith maintains her lawyer, Howard K. Stern, is the father.

I have been waiting endlessly for an update to this ANS saga!
It's about freaking time they set some sort of deadline for this on going crap kaoss she has brought upon herself.
I say she made her bed, now she can lay in it with dignity.
What goes around comes back around
She has spun her web like the back widow she is, so she can get stepped on like spiders do when they set up house in a wrongful place.


I say enough already with the time buying from this piece of work.............................

11. I predict that ANS will defy the court order. The only law she cares about is the court who may give her a pay-day, which personally I believe she deserves, if she would only go away once the check is cut.

why hasn't anybody explained where the METHODONE which killed her son came from? where is CHILDREN PROTECTIVE SERVICES to investigate the presence of illegal drugs where an INFANT was present? Why has this ZOMBIE ATTENTION WHORE been given a legal free pass from prosecution??

13. OHHHH YES !!! Finailly a deadline has been given. This is the best news I've heard this year ( ha ha.....no pun intended ) Now that baby will finially know who her Real Daddy is. Larry must be thrilled. Dannilynn is one step closer to being in a safe and loving enviorment. This is very good news.

14. It's about time! I went to the Bahamas two weekends ago, and the tour guide pointed out the house she was squatting in as well as Doctor's Hospital. It was interesting to see the actual sites that we read about online.

15. Do you think that she'll actually be taken away from Anna Nicole after this? I'm thinking that it will turn out to be quite the custody battle and it will get ugly. Maybe they'll settle on joint custody?
