Donald Trump made the surprising announcement on Tuesday, that embattled Miss USA Tara Conner would be entering rehab, but would be keeping her crown -- a crown that no one, including Tara, thought she'd win, according to E!'s "Uncovered: Hidden Lives of Miss USA."

Originally aired in June of this year, the TV special reveals how first runner-up Tamiko Nash appeared to have the title in the bag. When it came down to the final two, Conner even congratulated Nash prior to Conner's name being called as the winner. An obviously distraught Nash can be seen in tears.

Moments after winning, Tara gets some chilly words of advice from a pageant official who says, "If you act up, you and me in the bathroom -- headlock!" Curious, isn't it?

Once Tara takes up residence in her her swank new Trump Place digs in NYC, the beauty queen states, "I want to soak up everything that I can," -- and it looks like she did! "You can sleep when you are dead ..." -- or, in Tara's case, in rehab.

E!'s "Uncovered: The Hidden Lives of Miss USA" re-airs December 20 at 6PM.

28. Two word people (from the inside) Publicity STUN.T

Donald Trump has known for quite some time of this young woman's sketch behavior. One of the biggest challenges he's been presented with since acquiring this pageant portfolio is that no one cares -- the pageants are quite archaic and do not get the type of publicity that they did event 10 years ago.

Enter a bordeline winner with a taste for the hard life and folks, DINGDINGDING, we've got a WINNER. The crocodile tears were impressive but please everyone you must realize this is Trumps "Christmas Miracle" of a second chance. Yes the pageant system requires "role model" bahavior but a young woman of 20 or 21, college age, has often be known to experiment with partying and even girl on girl kissing. (Someone calls Girls Gone Wild, oops, isn't he in prison?)

Nothing new, she's just doing it in public and to her own title detriment.

Watch closely -- in six to eight weeks, preferably as The Apprentice is hitting it's February sweeps crescendo, you will see her come out of "rehab" and every paparazzi and blogger follower her every move. Wait for the big tear jerker on GMA or Entertainment Tonight where she confesses her past sins and how she's been saved by DT and encourages everyone to reach for the dreams and give the people in their lives a second chance.

Aw, the fun never ends.
